Bibo
Putting the wine glass close your nose, you will perceive the fragrance of red paprika, followed by vanilla and cinnamon spices. A long-lasting, complex and full-bodied sense.

The tasting is alike the fragrance but at the end you can notice a taste of red and black fruits jam. Strong tannin but well mixed with the wine. A P.G.I. Organic wine made up of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. It is producted 60 metres above the sea level priented to south/south-west during a steel tanks fermentation from 15 to 18 days. The agening is in durmast wood french barriques.
 

Name origin
The name Bibo is linked to our territory where Felciatello comes from (Bibbona). Futhermore the word Bibo is similar to the lLatin term “to drink”.
